So commited are we to ensuring that our Customers recieve the service expected, we have designed our Quality Assurance Programme.

  • Our Director of Operations runs spot checks to ensure that all vehciles and drivers are well presented.
  • We provide a coaching programe for sales and customer service, which includes listening in to calls from time to time.
  • We do random follow ups with customers to ensure they were happy with the service
  • We contact our corporate accounts on a monthly basis to ensure that their service standards are met.
  • A Mystery Customer report at regular intervals through out the year provides us with an external service report our on the standards of our service.
