We accept booking requests via our website, please note: this is a request and is not a confimred booking.
We will contact you to confirm the booking.
To ensure a streamlined service, in order to confirm a booking Executive Luxury Limo’s requires the following information ;:
Passengers name
Passengers Cell Number
Company Name (if applicable)
Name of fixed base operator (FBO)
Telephone number of fixed base operator (FBO)
Contact number for individual responsible for the reservation
Email address for individual responsible for the reservation (if available)
Date of Arrival
For airport arrivals
- Airport name
- Flight Number
- Estimated time of flight Arrival 24 hour clock
For Train arrivals
- Where train is coming from
- Estimated time of arrival 24 hour clock
Dock Arrivals:
- Name of Dock and gate number where applicable
- Name of Ship
- Estimated time of arrival 24 hour clock
Failure to make contact with your Chauffeur
Should you fail to make contact, we would advise you to call our dispatcher or for airport pick ups have the driver paged at the info desk. Please make contact before making alternative arrangements as failure to contact us will be considered a no show and normal charges will apply. If at all possible, please provide a cell phone number so as the driver can make contact in the unlikely event of an unexpected delay.
RATES
Rates may vary depending on where you are travelling and what type of vehicle you require, please
contact our Sales Executives and we will delighted to provide you with a quotation.
Waiting Time / Hourly Rates
The first half hour of waiting time, is complimentary. If the Client arrives after the first half hour, the wait time charges are retroactive to the scheduled pick up time. Waiting time charges are based on vehicle type and are accrued per 1 hour.

Booking Flight Greeting / DAA VIP service
For your convenience we will book this service on your behalf, however please be aware that all booking are governed by the respective company be it Flight Greeting or DAA terms and conditions. We charge a nominal fee for this service. These services are subject to availability.
