GIFTS, GIFT VOUCHERS, GIFT PACKAGES

No contract for the sale of any Gift Certificate, voucher will exist until Executive Luxury Limousines contacts you by email / mail detailing your selected gift certificate/ voucher. Confirming that payment has been received in full.

Vouchers will be Valid for 12 months

All rates will be quoted in Euro.

Vouchers features a unique reference code

Vouchers may only be redeemed once

Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash

Vouchers may not be replaced if lost

No change is given.

Vouchers are not refundable and non-transferable.

You must check that the details of the Confirmation are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

Advance booking is recommended to avoid disapointment, as bookings are subject to availability.

Bookings our Chauffeur services should be made directly with us.

Bookings for our partners services must be made by you directly with our partners. Executive Luxury Limousines are not responsible for booking, changing or cancelling their services.

Due to logistics, our Gift packages are for use in the Dublin Area.

We will provide a voucher package with contact details for the various service providers in you package if applicable. Each service provider may have their own booking terms and their terms will apply to their service.

We recommend that you reconfirm any arrangements made with us a few days before.

Changes will be accomodated subject to availability and the change is done greater than 24 hours of original booking.

Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will render the voucher null and void.

In the event that Executive Luxury Limousines breach their contract with you, Executive Luxury Limousines shall be responsible only for refunding the cost of the Gift Certificate. Executive Luxury Limousines shall not be liable to pay any other compensation or losses suffered by you as a consequence of Executive Luxury Limousines breach of contract.
